This website is operated by Duty Station Designs. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our published policies, including our Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Our Products

Duty Station Designs creates personalized military career maps and other custom products. Each product is made using the information you provide and the specifications selected at checkout.

Please review the product description carefully before ordering. Frames, lighting, accessories, and other features are included only when expressly stated in the listing. Decorative items shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless specified.

Orders and Personalization

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete personalization information, including names, ranks, dates, duty stations, deployment locations, and any requested wording.

Please provide a valid email address and monitor it for questions and proof communications. Missing information or delayed responses may extend your order timeline.

If you submit photographs, logos, insignia, or other artwork, you confirm that you have permission to authorize their use in your custom product. Please do not submit classified information or material you are not authorized to share.

Proofs and Approval

A digital proof is normally provided within 48–72 hours after we receive your order and complete personalization information. Any different timeline stated in the product listing or agreed upon in writing will apply.

Your order includes two complimentary revisions. Additional revisions or substantial changes to the original request may incur a fee, which we will disclose before proceeding.

Please review your proof carefully, including all spelling, names, ranks, dates, locations, and design details. Production begins only after you approve the proof.

Approval authorizes us to produce the design as shown. Errors present in the approved proof are not eligible for a complimentary replacement or refund. Changes requested after approval may require a paid replacement.

If the finished product differs from the approved proof because of a production error, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Payment and Pricing

Full payment is required before design work begins. Prices, available options, and promotions are displayed on the website. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout.

If we identify a pricing error or cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the payment received for it.

Production and Shipping

Production and shipping timelines vary by product. Please refer to the applicable product listing and shipping information before purchasing.

Production time begins after proof approval. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Please contact us before ordering if you have a retirement ceremony, presentation, or other firm deadline.

We may use production partners to manufacture and ship your approved product. Duty Station Designs remains your point of contact for order questions and problems.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Address changes may not be possible once an order enters production or shipping. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address may be your responsibility.

If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will communicate the delay and provide the cancellation or refund options required by law.

Returns, Refunds, and Damage

Personalized products are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, except where required by law.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Keep the product and packaging until we provide instructions.

Product Appearance

Screen settings, lighting, and material differences can affect how colors and textures appear. Digital proofs show the design layout but cannot reproduce the exact appearance of every finished material.

Minor color differences may occur. This does not excuse material defects or a product that substantially differs from its description or approved design.

Intellectual Property

Our original designs, website content, photographs, and branding belong to Duty Station Designs or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or grant permission to reproduce it for commercial use. Any separately purchased digital file is subject to the usage terms stated in its listing.

Military names, insignia, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply official endorsement of Duty Station Designs.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, or copy protected content without permission.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability and Consumer Rights

To the extent permitted by law, Duty Station Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by Ohio law, except where mandatory laws applicable to your purchase provide otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms apply to future orders and website use after publication. Changes will not retroactively remove rights associated with an existing order.
